At Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and accessories. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all components included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
